  1. Understand your business direction and goals upfront, which helps to identify the need for change. It ensures focused improvements are designed around your organisational needs as well as establishing strong change leadership and planning for potential barriers to success.
  2. Understand your organisation as it currently is (organisational performance; culture; leadership team; change history and readiness to change).
  3. Work closely with your leadership team to explore:
    • what needs to change to get a desired future state. We identify the GAP (between current and future state) and scope options to deliver the required organisational performance improvements.
    • what needs to be achieved to get the desired future state. The leadership team will champion the change programme; offer leadership direction to project teams and the organisation as a whole.
  4. Always ensure we engage the leadership teams and other key stakeholders, out of necessity rather than as an option. We do not overlook the value of this action.
