Creating Sustainable change for the client:

What is our aim?:

Our end goal is to make you self-sufficient in diagnosing problems and implementing long lasting improvements in your organisation. Sustainable change can only be achieved if people learn how to carry out the changes themselves.

  1. We diagnose current capability, develop the performance of managers and senior leaders through getting them focused on their roles and engage their organisation, work groups and project teams, on value adding activities. We focus on leadership behaviours, leadership performance coaching and deliver skills development workshops. We utilise our strategic partners, to deliver skills development workshops and our leadership development activity can be linked to accreditation.
  2. When developing work teams, we encourage them to take on more responsibility and ownership within their capability and agreed frameworks. We get them immersed in the value of lean process improvement and how they can continue to improve their performance using Lean Sigma methodologies and approaches. We show them the value of having a focused improvement plan, that clearly defines their core purpose as well as setting specific actions and changes.

We aim to infect our client organisations with Lean Sigma knowledge and skills. Depending on whether our clients wish to develop a small team of lean experts, address specific problems or roll out awareness across the whole organisation, we help you develop Lean Six Sigma skills that will deliver sustainable change and benefits. This includes developing your people to use Lean and Six Sigma thinking and methodologies, tools and techniques to benefit the business and deliver customer value. Working with Strategic partners we can deliver comprehensive Lean Six Sigma Training, and this development activity can be linked to formal accreditation. We can get people trained as Lean Facilitators, Six Sigma Yellow, Green, Black and Master Black Belts. Our training programmes major on transferring practical knowledge.
